The Year-Long Pilot is a full-year opportunity for teachers to implement PEER Physics in their classrooms with complete curriculum access, monthly professional learning, and ongoing coaching support,  all designed to help districts make a confident adoption decision. Participants who complete the program can earn 3 graduate credits and a $500 stipend. Spots are limited.

Activity P.9 is now live on the Patterns Hub! In this activity, students develop the ray model of light, explore the law of reflection, and investigate how the size and location of images form in flat mirrors. It is a natural next step for classes that have finished the Waves chapter.

This month, we are celebrating the PEER Physics Development Team.

Over the past several years, the Development Team team built an entirely new chapter from the ground up, developed Teacher’s Guides and Student Guides for every activity. Chapter P: Patterns is now complete, and it is a reflection of the sustained effort, creativity, and deep care for teachers and students that defines this team. Spanish student guides are also available.
